This easy to use function allows you to be in full control of the legal side of your property exchange. Each step is monitored and available online for you to view.

How it all works?

Below is an example of how the tracking system works. Each step of your move is displayed on screen and you can look at the progress being made by everyone involved. It will also note the completion date of each stage. 





 
When each stage is finished, your property overview page is automatically filled in through the system. This lets you be as involved as you want in each part of the process and shows our commitment to providing the best service possible.


How often should I look at it?

We send you an email to let you know whenever your legals service is updated. So you don’t have to check your account everyday for updates. This keeps you informed of any changes or updates that are occurring to your home move.

All you have to do is supply us with your email address, then we can alert you when there is something new to review. Therefore you will always be aware of the progress being made on your legals.
